The main interest of our group is in Schistosoma mansoni, a parasite that causes schistosomiasis. We are interested in S. mansoni genomics, proteomics and genetics in relation to drug resistance and the discovery of new drug targets. The approach is molecular and computational.

We are also involved in genome and transcriptome analysis of several different organisms.
